For lip balms with short caps or foreign lip balms not made in Japan, the cap may be loose and come off easily. In such cases, insert the lip balm from the bottom side to secure it firmly.

If you insert a lip balm with a short cap from the cap side, the cap may get stuck deep inside and be difficult to remove. In that case, please use pliers with a non-slip grip to remove it.
