If the lip balm has a short cap, or if it's an imported lip balm not made in Japan, the cap may be loose and come off easily. In such cases, insert it from the bottom to secure it firmly.

If a short-capped lip balm is inserted from the cap side, the cap may go too far in and become difficult to remove. In that case, please remove it with non-slip pliers.
